Pull-up Strong Beginner Friendly
Pull-up strong beginner friendly program. If you can currently complete 0-1 pull-ups or chin-ups this is the program for you.
Pull-up Strong is delivered to you in the TrueCoach app so that you can complete your weekly workouts on the days and times that work best for your schedule.
In this program you will receive 4 workouts per week programmed for you in the TrueCoach app. I recommend completing at least 3 of the workouts each week.
The workouts will be approximately 15-30 minutes long, depending on how many sets you choose to complete and the amount of rest you take.
Each workout has videos for each exercise with written instructions for how many reps, sets, and any other information
