What’s Included:

Build full-body strength with 2 structured workouts designed to improve power, endurance, and injury resilience. These sessions focus on compound movements, mobility, and functional strength, helping you develop a balanced foundation for both lifting and running.

Improve speed, endurance, and efficiency with two programmed runs each week. Workouts will vary between intervals, hill sprints, tempo runs, and steady-state efforts to enhance your aerobic capacity and running performance. Whether you're training for a race or just looking to run stronger, these sessions will help you level up.

Need an extra workout? This optional session allows you to tailor your training based on your goals and recovery needs. It may include an additional strength session, a recovery run, or cross-training to complement your weekly plan.

After purchase, you will receive a email inviting to the Run Strong Program. Please allow up to 24hrs for me to set your account.
The workouts will be accessible to you in the TrueCoach app.

Run Strong is for anyone looking to improve both their cardiovascular endurance and their strength. You can expect to receive two running workouts and two lifting workouts per week.
If you’re a complete beginner I recommend starting with Fundamentals or Thrive first.

Each workout is approximately 30-60 minutes per workout (length is dependent on intervals, how many sets you complete, and the rest you take), four times a week.
The program is structured to keep you consistent without taking up too much time.

No! You can choose to complete your runs outdoors or indoors on a treadmill. You can expect to receive a combination of interval work, hill work, and steady runs.

You’ll have the option to choose between two workout variations: At Home or Gym. If you select the gym-based workouts, you’ll need access to dumbbells or kettlebells, and a cable machine. If you select the at-home workouts, you’ll need bands, and a pair of weights. Both variations are effective, so you can choose based on your available resources and preferences.

Life happens! Run Strong is designed with flexibility in mind, so if you miss a workout or fall behind, you can easily catch up at your own pace. You’ll be able to go back and complete missed workouts or re-arrange your workout schedule as needed.
