  • Setting Your Challenge Goal

    Everyone’s wellness journey is unique, and your goals should reflect what you want to achieve. At the start of Thrive in 2025 program, I’ll help guide you to set a personalized goal that keeps you inspired and on track throughout the program. Unsure of where to start? Don’t worry! We will work through goal-setting techniques, so you’ll have a clear, focused direction from day one.

  • New Habits and a Fresh Start

    Looking to start fresh and create new habits? The Thrive in 2025 Program includes a 30-Day Habit Tracking Calendar, complete with daily prompts to keep you engaged and progressing throughout the program. As your coach, I am here to help you make time to learn how to prioritize yourself and keep you focused on your goals.

  • Nutritional Education

    Each week, you’ll receive nutritional insights that emphasize holistic, realistic eating habits—no extreme diets, food eliminations, or detoxes. We focus on sustainable nutrition and make adjustments for any dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and more. These tips are designed to complement your lifestyle, keeping you nourished and energized without the stress.

  • Support from Your Coach

    Throughout Thrive in 2025, you’ll have access to your coach (that’s me!) for weekly guidance. I’ll provide programmed workouts, nutritional tips, health advice, and habit-building strategies each week. You’re never alone on this journey—my job is to offer you structure, motivation, and a personalized approach to help you reach your goals.

  • 3 Weekly Workouts

    Each week, you’ll receive three 30-45 minute workouts to do at your own pace, designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. These workouts cover upper body, lower body, and core, and each exercise has a video demonstration and description in the TrueCoach App. You’ll have options for At Home or Gym plan variations, making it easy for anyone to complete.

  • Wellness Challenges

    Every week brings a new wellness focus through video lessons and challenges to deepen your understanding and support your progress. We’ll cover essential wellness topics that build on each other, and each video includes a motivating challenge. Weekly tips and prompts will be shared in our private Facebook group. Not on Facebook? No problem! Everything will also be emailed to you.

I really enjoy the programs that Brenna offers!  What I love is how organized they are and how they cover all aspects of your health, not just exercise.  Plus the commitment is one month at a time!  This is a game changer for a busy lifestyle!  The healthy habits calendar was a great way for me to start to make small shifts in my routine and my mindset.  The TrueCoach app is easy to use and the workouts were challenging, but doable!  The nice thing was if I couldn’t do the whole thing, I could do a few sets and still feel like I accomplished something.  The emails that arrive weekly are filled with such great information about mindset, setting goals, nutrition and exercise.  It is obvious how much thought Brenna puts into her programming.  This program is worth the try and just what I need to stay motivated and healthy through the dark winter months of NY.
